Refund Policy

1. Overview & Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the Kalshi Pocket Almanac 2026 from kalshibot.com. By purchasing our product, you agree to this policy.

2. 30-Day Accuracy Guarantee (Primary Refund Path)

2.1 What Qualifies for Refund

To qualify under our 30-Day Accuracy Guarantee, you must demonstrate:

2.2 What Does NOT Qualify

The following do not qualify for the accuracy guarantee refund:

• Market predictions being wrong - The almanac contains factual data, not predictions
• Personal trading losses - We are not responsible for your trading decisions
• "Wish it had different content" - Product content is clearly described on sales page
• Format preferences - Wanting Excel instead of PDF, etc.

3. General Refund Exceptions

Beyond our 30-Day Accuracy Guarantee, refunds may be granted in these limited cases:

3.1 Technical Issues We Cannot Resolve

If you cannot access the PDF after purchase and our support cannot resolve it within 48 hours, we will issue a refund.

3.2 Duplicate Purchase

Accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded for the duplicate(s). Provide both order numbers.

3.3 Fraudulent Charge

If your payment method was used without authorization, we will refund after verification with payment processor.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Trading Losses	Product is reference material, not trading advice
Technical Issues on Your Device	PDF readers are free; we provide standard PDF format
Wanted Different/More Content	Product scope is defined on sales page
After 30-Day Window	Accuracy guarantee has clear time limit

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1 Required Evidence for Accuracy Claims

For 30-Day Accuracy Guarantee claims, you must provide:

• Screenshot of incorrect information in our PDF
• Link to official source showing correct information
• Date showing information changed within your 30-day window

6. Refund Processing Details

6.1 Timeline

• Review: 48 business hours after complete request
• Processing: 3-10 business days after approval
• Payment Method: Refunded to original payment method only

6.2 After Refund

Upon refund approval:

1. Your license to use the product is immediately revoked
2. You must delete all copies of the PDF from your devices
3. You will not receive the Q3 2026 update
4. Future purchases may require manual review

7. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

7.1 Regional Consumer Rights

We comply with applicable consumer protection laws:

• EU/UK: Digital content exemption applies as product is "consumed" upon download
• Australia: Our 30-Day Accuracy Guarantee exceeds statutory requirements
• California: Policy complies with downloadable software refund requirements

7.2 Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks (disputes filed without contacting us first) will be contested with:

• Proof of product delivery (email receipt)
• This Refund Policy showing proper channels
• Records of any communications

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent ban from our products.
